RETURN POLICY

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We are happy to offer exchanges or store credit with FREE SHIPPING if you are unhappy with your order. We do not offer refunds on our merchandise.  

For an exchange, email anna@caswim.com and detail your request including color and size. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item to be eligible. If an item is over the initial payment cost, you will be charged the remainder. If an item is lower than the initial payment cost, you will be issued store credit in the form of a one-time use gift code.

We recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost/damaged returns.

We take great care to ship your items to you in pristine condition. Exchanges of merchandise that is stained with deodorant, makeup or any other substance will be denied. Items for exchange must be returned to us in resell-able condition with all tags attached. Swimwear bottoms must have the hygienic liner still in place. Please make sure the garment does not smell of perfume or home fragrance. Items should be neatly folded and protected in the original plastic bag when you return it. Items that do not meet our requirements will be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.

    All items are inspected prior to shipment. In the rare case that you receive an imperfect item, please email photos and a brief description to anna@caswim.com and allow 24 hours for a response. Damaged item claims must be reported to us immediately upon receipt of shipment. 

    Discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE. These items are not eligible for return or exchange and will be clearly marked on the item page.

    Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

    CANCELLATIONS

      If you would like to cancel an order please contact us as quickly as possible at anna@caswim.com. We will do our best to accommodate you. Unfortunately, because our order fulfillment process is designed to get the order to you as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel an order once it has been placed.

       

         

         

        INELIGIBLE RETURNS

          Ineligible exchanges will be sent back at the customer's expense.

          INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

            Caswim.com is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes or shipping fees associated with your return package. Please make sure you ship the package correctly and mark it as a return to avoid customs fees from being charged to us upon delivery.

            PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

              We do not offer price adjustments on items that have been marked down after purchase.

                Upon receipt of returned goods, caswim.com reserves the right to deny the exchange if it does not meet the company return policy requirements. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed by customers who have a history of excessive returns.
